Dr. Jaime Parks earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University and has over two decades of experience as an audiologist. After years of helping patients in clinical settings across the country, she is excited to engage with more patients in a cutting-edge platform. Dr. Parks is passionate about leading our in-house team of licensed audiologists and hearing healthcare professionals to foster a unique, patient-focused experience.

Kristina’s passion for helping others find wholeness found a home in hearing healthcare 12 years ago, and she never left. As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, she loves combining compassion and skill to give patients the best possible results. Her success has made her a leader among professionals, where she loves to teach the in’s and out’s of excellent care. She is excited to offer better hearing that meets the demands of the ever-changing technological landscape.

Brent’s experience includes 20+ years in the hearing health care industry. Upon entering the space, began working for a hearing aid manufacturer, later partnering in a 50+ location hearing health care practice, and current CEO of Injoy Hearing based in Overland Park, KS.

Brent has been the founder/owner in five successful startup organizations specializing in niche customer service segments and human resource development.

Brent is also an avid cyclist, multi-time marathoner, Ironman triathlete, and off-road motorcycle enthusiast, 25-year husband, father of three wonderful children and past Chairman of the Board for a non-profit humanitarian effort in Jamaica.

Brent and his wife reside in Olathe, KS. If you get to know him, you are going to like him.

Scott has spent over 20 years in hearing care, helping grow two different office based hearing care companies. Each of these practices grew to become some of the largest, most successful independent hearing care practices of their time.

Scott is excited to apply these “brick and mortar” success principles to Injoy, a fresh, fun online and remote care hearing care company. Injoy employs a combination of newly available technologies to help patients meet their hearing care needs in a new and convenient way.

Russ Parks is the IT guru every company needs. A graduate of Fort Hays (KS) University, he has been applying his business acumen in the healthcare industry since 2008. Russ entered the hearing field of healthcare in 2014. From there, he successfully helped grow two independent hearing care companies. He is dedicated to first-class technology at Injoy for all customer needs and looks forward to helping them in a cutting-edge platform.

As the Creative Director with Injoy, Tod has over 15 years experience within the hearing health care realm. He has thoroughly enjoyed all of his time helping people find solutions to their hearing problems.

Away from work, Tod enjoys discovering breweries in cities away from Kansas City, as well as new locales around his home town. If he had to name his favorite style of beer, it would be hefeweizen. He spends two to three Friday or Saturday evenings a month behind his drum kit as the drummer in a popular area cover band, which plays at venues around the city.

Born in Rochester, NY, Liam graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Finance. After graduating, he became a Partner and later CEO of a digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing for privately owned hearing centers nationwide. Now, as Chief Marketing Officer of Injoy Hearing, Liam optimizes the efficiency and reach of our tele-hearing care services to maximize the number of lives our brand-new offering can improve.
